ArtVenice Biennale 3
A Juried Exhibition of Contemporary Art
Presented by The Biennial Project
Prospectus
The Biennial Project is overjoyed to make known an open call to artists worldwide forArtVenice Biennale 3 – an online-juried competition and large screen digital presentation being held in a beautiful gallery space in Venice, Italy during the Opening Week of The Venice Biennale 56!!
This location of the gorgeous and centrally-located spot where we will be showing Art Venice Biennale3 is directly on the Via Garibaldi in the centre of Castello, the Venician neighborhood just between Giardini Biennale and Arsenale Biennale – the absolutely “it” location during the Venice Biennale. The Giardini and Arsenale are the two most important venues at The Venice Biennale, which is the most important art event in the entire world that only happens every two years.
If your work is selected for inclusion in ArtVenice Biennale3 it will also be shown on our website and in a blog posting reaching over 6,000 very important people of influence in the international art world, (mondo artistico internazionale). Best of all your art will be presented for one (uno) night as a digital display at The Biennial Project’s extravagant, VIP Gala event in Venice, Italy during the opening week of The Venice Biennale 56.
In addition, the artist who is bestowed the title of Grand Prizewinner (Grande Premiato) will have a solo gallery show on our website, and a solo blog posting of 15 pieces or his/her magnificenza work to our on-line audience of over 40,000 (and growing!) art lovers.
The theme for Art Venice Biennale 3 is Bienale in a Biennale (Biennale in UN Biennale). In this fast paced, technology clogged world most people view a lot of everything but don’t examine the depth of anything. We meet people but don’t get to know the ‘real them’, we read articles but don’t contemplate the ‘deepest meaning’, and we gobble down lasagna but don’t take the time to savor the flavor of each individual ‘yummy ingredients’. We all know the best of things are buried deep in the middle of lots of everything. Well, our Biennale will be smack in the middle of more art then you can ever possibly contemplate. Biennale in a Biennale will be centrally located in the middle of an ancient Venician courtyard, and seen by the highest level international curators, collectors and gallerists. It will actually be a Biennale in a Biennale!! A big yummy Biennale and Lasagna sandwich.

Mission Statement
The Biennial Project is an artists’ collaborative whose goal is to explore the nature and understand the perception of biennials within the art world and, in so doing, to develop a collective body of work that will be exhibited in as many biennials as possible – especially the really cool ones.
Now how can turn down a shot at fame and fortune like this? You might get so rich you can have a wedding to a human rights lawyer from London at The Aman Canal Grande Hotel in Venice and wisp them back to your Villa on Lake Coumo.
The potential for exposure is enormous! You’ll be running with the big dogs, or Italian Greyhounds, here. Duh!! It’s a no brainier…we want you to enter! We want the world to see your creations. We want you to be celebrated and wealthy. You must enter!!!
You can be as happy as Amal Alamuddin, now Amal Clooney, the day she said I DO to an actor named George in an Italian civil ceremony at Palazzo Cavalli surrounded by family and friends including Cindy Crawford, Rande Gerber, Anna Wintour, Matt Damon, Bono, and Bill Murray.
